You may know some of us already, but there are a few changes to our Philanthropy Team we’re excited to share.
As Arkansas Community Foundation continues to grow and expand our service to Fundholders across the state, Jody, Lesley and Bethany have each stepped into expanded roles, and we’re thrilled to welcome MiChelle Moore as the newest member of our team.
Jody Dilday, Interim Chief Development Officer, leads the Philanthropy Team and works to grow the Foundation’s charitable assets while helping donors and communities put philanthropy to work across Arkansas. Jody joined the Foundation in 2017 to establish its Northwest Arkansas office and brings more than 25 years of experience in social services and nonprofit leadership.
Lesley Roberts, Senior Philanthropy Director, serves as a philanthropic advisor to current and prospective donors, helping individuals and families establish and grow charitable funds. She also works closely with attorneys, CPAs, wealth managers and other professional advisors to develop charitable giving strategies. Lesley joined the Foundation in 2022 following more than 20 years in nonprofit fundraising.
Bethany Hilkert, Senior Stewardship Director, helps ensure Fundholders receive exceptional service and support. She provides critical support to the development team, helps maintain database integrity and works directly with Fundholders who want to make thoughtful, meaningful grants. Bethany has been part of the Foundation team since 2018.
MiChelle Moore, Philanthropy Assistant, is the newest addition to our team. She is quickly getting to know our Fundholders, our work and our systems while providing administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy Team. We’re excited to have her helping us serve Fundholders in every corner of Arkansas.
