History of ARCF

Founded in 1976, ARCF is Arkansas’s only statewide community foundation. We work locally through a network of 27 community-based affiliate offices to gain an in-depth understanding of our state’s towns and cities and a statewide perspective on Arkansas’s challenges and opportunities.
