Brenda Hill, Executive Director

The Cleburne County Community Foundation was officially formed in December 2004 after the Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce took the lead by promoting the concept of a community foundation for their area.  The board members have been busy planning, setting goals and attending workshops which prepare them to be an effective, responsive and resourceful community foundation.

The 13-member board is a diverse group of enthusiastic community leaders committed to building and encouraging philanthropy in Cleburne County by promoting the establishment of endowments to help meet local needs.  They are excited about their first endowment created by the Rotary Club of Heber Springs.  The community is made up of huge hearts ... community leaders with visions for economic growth ... and nonprofit organizations with dreams of support for future projects to improve the quality of life in Cleburne County.
