The Twin Lakes Community Foundation is a newly formed Affiliate of the Arkansas Community Foundation which covers the counties of Baxter, Fulton, Izard, and Marion.  With an active, involved Board of Directors we are working to establish endowment funds, build assets and award grants to help meet community needs.
