 The Twin Lakes Community Foundation makes grants to help improve the quality of life in our community. Below, learn about our grantmaking process and grantmaking stories.
The Twin Lakes Community Foundation has an unrestricted grantmaking fund that allows us to assess the community’s needs and make grants to nonprofit organizations to support those needs. This fund awarded $10,000 in grants during the July 1, 2002 – June 30, 2003 fiscal year to the following nonprofit organizations:

- Mountain Home Christian Clinic

- Yellville Area Food Closet Association

- Marion County Literacy Council, Inc.

- Norfork Area Youth Center Inc.

The Twin Lakes Community Foundation is continuing to build our unrestricted fund through participating in the ARCF PARTNERS program, which is funded by a major grant to the Arkansas Community Foundation by the Walton Family Charitable Support Foundation.
