Clark County Community Foundation (CCCF), an Arkansas Community Foundation local affiliate office, helps donors invest in the future of Clark County.  CCCF creates endowment funds, builds assets, and awards grants to help meet the needs of the community. Any citizen may become a philanthropist through gifts to the Community Foundation.
