We have been building philanthropy in Phillips County since becoming an Affiliate of the Arkansas Community Foundation in 1991.  With an active, involved Board of Directors and part-time Executive Director, we have established endowment funds, built assets and grants to help meet community needs.

Pictured are the 2006-2007 PCCF Board, including three new members which increases our size to seventeen.  They are: Front row - Penny Franklin, Martha Lambert E.D. Elaine Frazier, Lanie Brandon, Susan Heidelberger (new), Margaret Staub, Lynn Boone.  Back row- Lannie Travis (new), Ed Pat Wright (new), LeVaughn Smith, John Crow, Ernest Cunningham, Chairman, Chuck Roscopf, and Charlie Tappan.  We meet every month except in August and December on the second Tuesday from 12 - 1.  The meeting includes a light lunch. The Board’s attendance record is very good. Not pictured are Nancy Corder, Larry Denson, Becky Hall and Wanda McIntosh.
