    Southeast Arkansas Community Foundation 
is building bridges within the southeastern most corner of the State of Arkansas among Ashley and Chicot Counties.  This connection will have long term effect on our region for years to come.  The Southeast Arkansas Community Foundation was established to develop philanthropy in the serene communities of Chicot and Ashley Counties.  Our success is awake, alive and doing well.  Agriculture has always provided life in this Delta area and its people dearly love the land and their communities. 
The board realizes that the Community Foundation is somewhat
of a new concept to this area, and looks forward to spreading
the word about this unique way to give back to the community.
