The Arkansas Community Foundation serves all 75 counties of the state with a local staff presence in 39 counties including Pulaski County.

Similar to branch banks, these local offices are led by a local board made up of area community leaders and are staffed by local community directors. The local office makes local grants, directs efforts to develop more grant making resources for an improved quality of life in its community.  ARCF’s network brings together the best thinking of local leadership to meet community concerns. Local offices benefit from financial management and administrative/training resources of the statewide foundation.
