Congratulations to Berryville Chamber of Commerce Honorees Sharon Spurlin and Chelsea Taff

On Oct. 20, the Berryville Chamber of Commerce surprised Carroll County Community Foundation Board Chair Sharon Spurlin (pictured at left) with the Community Humanitarian Award. She was recognized for her efforts over the years to help make our community a better place to live through her many volunteer efforts, including her service to the Foundation.
Additionally, CCCF Youth Advisory Council Memmber Chelsea Taff received the Youth Ambassador Award.
Congratulations to both ladies for their exemplary service to the community!
