How do you envision the future of our state? What does your ideal Arkansas look like? What will it take to get there? In 2011, Arkansas Community Foundation partnered with the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to prepare the Aspire Arkansas report — a compilation of data on various indicators of community well-being, from education to safety to health.
